About Maaianne

I am an experienced facilitator and designer of group learning and co-creation processes and have in the past years increasibly been bringing Movement Medicine in as a part of this. I am passionate about supporting people in coming together in more authentic and life-affirming ways - and of discovering their unique gifts and talents and bringing them to bear in a larger whole. I am the founder of Kufunda Learning Village (, a leadership learning centre aimed at supporting people and communities to discover and express their gifts and talents towards the co-creating of healthy vibrant communities. In the past years my own journey led her to discover the potency of movement and dance as a key part to any healing and empowerment process.

I have danced and studied with Susannah and Ya'Acov Darling Khan at the School of Movement Medicine since 2014 and have just recently graduated as a Movement Medicine Teacher
