In order to heal from a lot of stress, I now study neuroreflexology. It work so well with Movement Medicine for now for my ovn healing.

I play and work with dance and drawing. My upcoming project is awakening the dancer and the Artist, where we combine meditative dance and intuitiv drawing and the other way around. I facilitate Movement Medicine in my art workshop and as an artist.

i give one to one or one to two sessions where I facillitate Movement Medicine in drawing and painting sessions and both drawing and dance.
