Professionally I am a school teacher, but my path lead me to many different places and enabled me to make numerous experiences: corssing Europe by feet, living and working in community, retreats in the Amazon, making music in different contexts, staying upon the mountains for two summers to work with animals, and being mother of one (soon two) children.
I danced Movement Medicine for the first time 10 years ago, and that was like home-coming for me. This was what I was looking for at all those different places: to feel the aliveness of my body! When our body, heart and mind move together, in alignment and anchored in the here and now- this is ecstasy!
