I am a fully qualified Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator i. I incorporate Movement Medicine into classes, into individual therapy and into the groups I facilitate. I am a licensed mental health therapist, certified trauma informed yoga teacher, and a Let Your Yoga Dance teacher. Please contact me directly about how we might work together.
