About Ilaria

I am a Movement Medicine certified Teacher, offering classes in northern Italy and I am available to travel to offer classes in other places as well.

I offer both group and one-to-one sessions, online and in person.

I teach in Italian and English.

I am also a fully qualified Biodanza teacher.
