After the guraduation of the University, I worked for the oldest insurance company in Japan for about 20 years. I experienced both of the posts of a sales person and a desk job in the sales department of the company. I loved my works and pour my passion for it ,but I sometimes burn out and fell down.
Just after the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011, I began to explore ”how do I live?". Then I learned Facilitation, Coaching, and Leadership etc..I have explored everything that I'm curious about. And I met the “Pacha mama Alliance” by Lynn Twist, “the Work That Reconnect/Active hope” by Joanna Macy.
Finally I quitted my work in September 2015 and at the same time, came across the Movement Medicine.
I visited to many places whereever I wanted to go, and experienced a lot of incredible and precious moments.
Everything is linked to Movement Medicine.
Now I convey that I know the body as well as the mind and the heart, and that I meet the wisdom through the Movement Medicine.
I really want to live with my genuin desire from the bottom of my heart.
