About Ksenia

Miracles happen whenever I allow myself the freedom of my dance. Sometimes big, sometimes very small, yet so so precious. 

I have been dancing different dances since childhood, from Russian Folk dance to Salsa and Tango. But it was only once I was "given" the freedom of dancing my OWN dance on the 5 rhythms dancefloor that the joy of it really exploded. And it was only once I had begun my journey with Movement Medicine that I had begun to feel the safety and receive the encouragement to invite ALL of me into the dance. Again and again. 

Wise people say "You teach best what you yourself need to learn." I've been learning about self-acceptance, compassion, choice, and boundaries. Still learning, and definitely still dancing. With gratitude for every miracle - big or small.
