About Jagruti

I’ve always loved to dance because it connects me with the joy of life. When I discovered 2011 Movement Medicine it was a surprisingly fulfilling experience.

In Movement Medicine I love the depth, joy and connection with others that becomes possible through the dance and allows us to grow together. 

Gradually my wish to become a Movement Medicine Apprentice teacher came true. As my  personal path changes, I grow in my responsibility and competence as a MM teacher. My dance has freed up hugely and I can feel that freedom, confidence and liveliness in other areas of my life too.
