About Ailsa

All of the below still applies - I am currently a resting member of the MMA and am concentrating on my work as an artist-workshop leader and secular pilgrimage guide.

As well as being a Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator, Ailsa is a performer, director, and socially engaged artist. She sometimes Integrates of Movement Medicine with performer training, particularly in relation to collaborative creative practice, place and the natural environment. Ailsa also runs weekend workshops that combine the making of creative work in outdoor environments with group process that is healing and transformational. 

She enjoys teaching Movement Medicine to beginners and experienced movers. As a facilitator and teacher she aims to create spaces that give a balance of lively investigation and ongoing sustenance for participants.
