I have danced with Ya'Acov and susannah Darling Khan for 25+ years, and I qualified as a  Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator in 2014. I have also completed advanced CPD with Ya'Acov and Susannah. 

I am currently taking a break from being a Movement Medicine Teacher or Facilitator, and am exploring deep, quiet presence through Mindfulness, Meditation and Tea Ceremonies.

For more than 30 years I have worked with issues of attachment, family relationships, chidhood trauma and healing, and I bring these perspectives and dimensions into my mentoring. Through movement we can explore the subtleties of our relationshp experiences, our connections and intersubjectivity, in a way which is free from narrative and stories. Working with the movement in our bodies we can find new ways of knowing ourselves and each other.
