Mark was one of the first three 'pathfinder' teachers of Movement Medicine and has assisted on the teacher training and apprenticeship programmes. He is also a qualified 5 Rhythms teacher having taught internationally since 2004. He has completed a five year training in Sociodrama and creative action methods and professional training in Sacred clowning. He has a background in teacher education and educational research. Mark created The Insight Council - a form of peer reflection and feedback fused as part of the apprenticeship programme. He assists on the Movement Medicine professional training and continuing professional development programme. He organises the assistant teams at the Summer Long dance and was the first Chair of the Movement Medicine Association. He undetaken professional development in Heart and SEER process, Ritual and Phoenix levels of Movement Medicine and has completed the CPD requirements to lead Apprenticeship Programmes
