When I first fell in love with conscious dance, it was because I had finally found a place where I felt safe enough to include all parts of me, and where I could discover the value and life energy in each part. I felt exhilaratingly alive and beautifully at peace with being myself, just as I was.
Movement Medicine put me in touch with the life in my body and made space for me to experience the depth of my connection with all life. Whatever I have faced since then, movement has been healing, transformative and empowering medicine.
I am grateful that, as a Movement Medicine teacher, I am able to hold spaces for others to experience these things too.
I am a graduate of the in-depth Professional Training in Movement Medicine and have been teaching since 2014. I have also completed Advanced Continuing Professional Development Trainings in working with the Heart and the SEER Process (systemic essential energy retrieval), with Ritual, with the Movement Medicine Phoenix Process and with Initiation (working with the nine cycles of life).
